On 1st April, 2020, Sanjay purchased machinery for ₹ 40,000 and spent ₹ 5,000 on its installation. Estimated useful Life of the Machinery is 10 years with a scrap value of ₹ 5,000. Calculate depreciation as per Straight Line method and show Machinery Account of first three years. The books are closed on 31st March every year.
