In which of the following categories are the transactions of balance of trade recorded

The Balance of Trade only records the transactions of visible (physical) goods. The exports of physical goods are recorded as the inflow of foreign exchange at the credit side and Import of physical goods is recorded as the outflow of foriegn exchange at the debit side of BoT.
